Mayor Karl Dean visited the Big Brothers Big Sisters volunteer recruitment booth in Crieve Hall and spoke with one of our Bigs, Jarrett Strickland, who was working the booth. The Mayor shared his own experience serving as a Big Brother while attending Columbia University. Jarrett invited The Mayor to become a Big Brother and pointed out that being a little brother to Mayor Dean would be a great experience for a child. Before the Mayor left the booth, he told Jarrett he was a good Big Brothers Big Sisters Salesman!
